Army Cpl. Benjamin S. Kopp died July 18 at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington of wounds sustained July 10 in Helmand province, Afghanistan, when insurgents attacked his unit using small arms fire.

I read about benjamin kopp making rounds around his base in afghanistan, at the begining of the year. and his face stayed in my heart, since like to keep up with this nonsense of a war we are fighting. today i read that he has died. and i feel sadden by this news. He is one of the few angels roaming earth. sincere sympathy. i have a daughter in the service and a son in law that has done 2 trips to iraq. GOD BLESS OUR HEROES!
