Army Spc. Charles E. Bilbrey Jr. died July 26 in Saqlawiyah, Iraq, of wounds sustained when an improvised explosive device detonated near his vehicle. Also killed were Sgt. William R. Howdeshell and Spc. Jaime Rodriguez Jr.
