Dear Christopher,
I am sorry to have lost you to this war. May you rest in peace and may your family be comforted in that you were doing what you believed in.
I am asking you for a favor. Help me keep up with where I left off in my prayers for the lost soldiers and their families and friends. I am losing a sense of organization here. I trust you are an angel and will help me.
Thank you,
Mary
