RIP brave soldier and fine young American. As the father of a friend of Deryk's, I will never forget the horrific day we learned of your passsing. Your were a wonderful young man with great energy and splendid personality. After many years since your solemn sacrifice, I find myself frequently reflecting on the impact you made to many.
