Air Force Maj. Duane W. Dively was killed June 22 when his U-2 aircraft crashed in Southwest Asia as he was returning to base after flying a mission.

I had the great privelege of working with Major Dively for over 8 years and he was one of the best people I know. He was always so quiet and humble but when he did speak you could bet it was a quick witted one liner that could make a room laugh. You will be sorely missed and I just thank God that I had the chance to know you and call you a friend.
