My brother was there with Dwayne as a fellow soldier at the time of Dwayne's death. Thank you, Dwayne and may you rest in eternal peace. You are truly a hero and I pray that the Lord has revealed all of His glory to you.

One of the most honorable young men, that I've ever meet. It was because of his honor, joy and peace, that I went back and answered the call of duty. Often he would tell me " keep on singing bro ". It is with Great Honor that I say, bro your life was and is a song that keeps on singing every day. You'll never be forgotten......Bro. Larry

Dwayne, I will miss you more than you know. I don't understand why you had to leave us but I know that God has a plan. I know that you've answered the ultimate call. May we be so brave as to do the same. You have taken the step that we have not yet taken. You have excelled and achieved all you've set out to do. You have said, "Yes", where some of us say "maybe" or even "No". You once told me that we must be real, we can't pick and choose how and when we will serve God. And I thank God everyday that you were able to get that, and share with me that revelation. You have said we (sisters and brothers) taught you.... But I say, You have taught us. I, for one, will forever remember you for being an awesome man of God, an outstanding father to your daughter, and a most loving husband to your wife, an honorable son, a caring uncle, a great in-law, wonderful brother, and a friend to all . With all of the honors, and excellance you have achieved here with us, and your highly evident walk with our Lord, Jesus Christ..... Brother, I am honored to be your sister. I love you so much, and I will make sure that you will not be forgotten. So, I will see you again Dwayne. In this I am sure.... Your Sister, Lisa
