Army Pfc. Elden D. Arcand was killed August 21 when his M915A1 tractor pulling a 7,500-gallon tanker accidentally rolled over in Mosul, Iraq.

I am so grateful that you gave your life to help people all over the world. It breaks my heart that i will never see you again, however we know our family and we both know they will help the rest of us through it. I love you so much, but you already know that.
