I have never met someone like Frank. Someone so honorable, dedicated and proud of what he did in life and who he was. I have never met someone who can make an everlasting impression on everyone they meet until I met Frank. Anyone who has met Frank will always have the blessing of those memories they have experienced with him which is irreplaceable as so is he. We will always love you and never forget you. R.I.P. 10/9/07.
