Marine Staff Sgt. Gordon G. Solomon died Aug. 24 while conducting combat operations in Anbar province, Iraq.

Gordon was a fine man growing up in school and was my best friend. I shall miss him dearly as well mike his best friend. We 3 couldnt be seperated for anything. One of us is missing now and he is in heaven looking down on his family and friends. To his wife, you are one very lucky women to have him in your soul.
