Henry S Ofeciar of Agana, Guam is remembered in the Liberty Unites archive.
A LIFE REMEMBERED
Army Maj. Henry S. Ofeciar died Aug. 27 at Forward Operating Base Naray, Afghanistan, of wounds sustained when insurgents attacked his unit during combat operations in Jalalabad, Afghanistan. Also killed were Master Sgt. Scott R. Ball and Sgt. Jan M. Argonish.

My name is Kermit Smith. I worked with DynCorp as a mentor for the Afghans National Police from 2006-2008 and worked along side Major "Hank" Ofeciar and his PMT. It is far overdue but I submit my condolences to his family and friends as I know he is missed. He was a great man and contributed greatly to the mission.
