I spoke to Mr. Barbella on several occasions, when my company set up an office on tower 2 on the 24th floor. When I met him in order to obtain the ID's for my co-workers to access the building, he was extremely helpful, even walking us to the office where I had to submit the forms. This may seem like a small deed, but even then I recognized that he did so with genuine intent, and for that I thank him.

I worked on the 30th floor in 2 WTC. I dealt with Jim on several occasions regarding building issues. He was a sweet and very helpful man. My prayers go out to all of his family and friends.
