A LIFE REMEMBERED
Army Spc. Jason J. Hernandez died Sept. 7 in Mosul from wounds sustained when an improvised explosive device detonated near his vehicle during combat operations. Also killed were Sgt. Lee C. Wilson and Spc. Thomas L. Hilbert.

I did not know you Jason, but, i am sure i would have liked to be your friend, thank you for doing the one thing alot of people say they would, but don't have the courage or the commitment to do you truly are a hero.. i dedicate the song American Soldier to you when i hear that song i think of you and all the other soldiers serving this wonderful country God gave to us.. I was very fortunate To have know jason for 12 years. i used to live next door to him. he was a wonderful young man. I will miss you,and don't worry i will help your mom and Dad get through this. i love you like you were my own.
