Dear Jerry,

The testament and tribute about you from your sister, Annie, makes me wish I had known you in this life. Annie is one great lady. She obviously loves you and misses you very much. May you rest in peace and may we someday meet.

I Did Not Die

Do not stand at my grave and weep.

I am not there. I do not sleep.

I am a thousand winds that blow;

I am the diamond glints on snow.

I am the sunlight on ripened grain;

I am the gentle Autumns rain.

When you awaken in the mornings hush.

I am the swift uplifting rush

Of quiet birds in circled flight.

I am the soft star that shines at night.

Do not stand at my grave and cry.

I am not there;

I did not die

Sincerely,

Mary

You are my inspiration,

Today and Every Day,

The more I think about you,

It's easier to pray.

I pray for all your happiness,

and peaceful being there,

Not far away, you'll always be,

with us everywhere.

You went too soon,

I feel the loss,

But knowing you are safe,

Is more that can be prayed for,

Your tenderness, your grace.
