Army Pfc. Jesse W. Dietrich
died Aug. 25 in Kandahar province, Afghanistan, of injuries sustained when insurgents attacked his unit using small-arms fire.

I am saddened to hear that another soldier has had to die. But I am so eternally thankful that you were willing to make the sacrifice so that Me and my children can live in a country were we are free, and that we do not have to worry every minute of every day that we are going to be beaten, attack or killed....thank you for your service!
