A LIFE REMEMBERED
Army Capt. Jonathan D. Grassbaugh died April 7 in Zaganiyah, Iraq, when an improvised explosive device detonated near his unit. Also killed were Spc. Ebe F. Emolo, Spc. Levi K. Hoover and Pfc. Rodney L. McCandless.

The Hampstead community honors and remembers a hero. Captain Jonathan Grassbaugh's legacy will live in the hearts and minds of all the young people in Hampstead. I, Katie Wolff, and all of the Hampstead school community send our prayers to the Grassbaugh family. Our hearts are with you.
