It is a pleasure to know Sgt Soto's brother, from the USAF, and can only imagine what an awsome man and soldier he was. His family will always be in my prayers.

It is hard to accept that you are no longer with us. We will no longer get to hear your goofy jokes, your laugh, great stories, but most of all we will never again get to be around your amazing personality. Peopl like you are few and far between. You were such an amazing person with a great heart and I will never forget that. You will forever and always live in the heart of those you touched. Really there is sooo much about you one could say and yet never do you justice. Josh I will miss you sooo much. Until we may meet again.
