Forever will I try to live up to the standards and morals that Kyle lived by. He's an inspiration and a hero and he will forever be in my thoughts and prayers. He has given me the opportunity to succeed in a field that I am extremely passionate about. You have my uttermost respect and gratitude and I will always be the best that I can even in the darkest of times. My heart goes out to the Van De Giesens and I will eternally be indebted to you. My sincerest thanks, Brendan Emanuel

We are so sorry for your loss. I am a friend of RuthAnn, from MI and met Kyle as a young boy. He was an amazing child even then. What a hero he became in so many ways. We pray that God will comfort you all and wrap His arms around you and give the comfort needed during these difficult times. RuthAnn, if you see this please let me hear from you. 2319240285 or anne_luchies7@yahoo.com. To the family and loved ones of Kyle, we thank you for the honor of Kyle being there for all of us to support the United States. We pray for you to have peace, and eventually for to be able to clearly see the joy that Kyle shows in his smile, that he shared. We pray that the confusion of 'why' is subdued and ask for strength for all of our service persons and their families.
