William J Mulvihill of Leavenworth, Kan. is remembered in the Liberty Unites archive.
A LIFE REMEMBERED
Army Spc. William J. Mulvihill died Aug. 1 in Chowkay Valley, Afghanistan, from wounds sustained when his vehicle encountered an improvised explosive device. Also killed were 2nd Lt. Michael R. Girdano, Pfc. David J. Badie and Pvt. Jair DeJesus Garcia.

I am sorry to hear of Williams death. i am a decendant of the Mulvihill's in Ireland. and noticed his obituary, in the Mulverhill Voice. He died for his and our freedom, words cant describe the great loss to everyone in his family. jamie

Billy you will never be forgotten. Michael, Linda, and I will have you in our hearts and thoughts forever. God Bless You for your sacrifice and help your family through this difficult time. We all enjoyed the times we spent together at the multiple Jr ROTC functions/meets when you and Michael were still in High School. Rest in Peace.
