A LIFE REMEMBERED
Army Pvt. Michael W. Murdock died Sept. 11 at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, of wounds sustained at Combat Outpost Lybert, Afghanistan, when he was struck by enemy fire.

Not a day goes by that I dont think of you! You were a bright boy and I enjoyed our many walks and talks down Ridgecrest Drive as kids and then teenagers. You were always a great friend. I love you Mikey and through us all your memory lives on!! Until We meet again!! Deana

Mike, I will never forget the days we worked at Food Lion together. I was so proud of you when you joined the Army shortly after me. I will see you in heaven one day brother.
