Army Sgt. Pedro J. Colon died Feb. 19 in Baghdad of wounds suffered when his unit came under attack by enemy forces using multiple weapons. Also killed was Spc. Montrel S. Mcarn.

Colon, I will never 4get you...we had some silly conversations....I remember the nose ring you kept hidden and the way that you said you liked to play in the rain b/c of the way it made your hair look! :) I'll miss you and forever keep your memory in my heart! HHC 18th SSG (SPC Bon�y)

To my son PJ, I can�t believe this is happening it was only yesterday I held you in my arms
And then you tock of in a cab to go back to Iraq. That embrace will last for ever in my heart.
Tree days before the tragedy I got a call I asked him to be very careful he sad he well
I also sad I love you, he replied I love you to dad. we only had a minute on the phone.
