Happy Birthday Old Man!! I know today is supposed to be a day of celebration...a day of moving forward...but I cant help but cry. My life has not been the same since you left. I miss you more and more each passing day. I know with time, my sorrow will pass but for now I am still grieving. I know it has only been 39 days since he passed away, but I just cant deal with this. I thought I would be better by now, but I just cant move on. I miss him so much. I miss our talks, our laughs, and everything about him. How do you move on from losing a best friend?!?

I offer my condolences. I did not know Sgt. Ford at all. But I have the utmost respect for him. This man gave his life for all of us to try to make this world a better place. I will pray for him and all the friends and family he loved and left behind. Even though I didnt know him as I stated, he is a great man to me. I will never forget the sacrifice he made. God bless him. He is with God, looking down on us and protecting us from heaven now. That will help me sleep better at night now.

Richard has been my best friend for almost 2 years now. He was one of the most incredible men I have ever met in my life. He was always there for me when I needed him. There was never a dull moment between the two of us. I have never in my life lost someone so close to me and I have been having a very hard time trying to deal with his death. He was a great man and loved by so many. Old man....You will be missed but never forgotten. U are and always will be my best friend. Noone will ever replace you in my life. I love you and I miss you so very much!
