Spc. Robert E. Dyas died Sept. 21 in Kandahar province, Afghanistan, of injuries suffered when insurgents attacked his unit with small-arms fire.

I did not know him, but I know his father Robert Sr. I would just like to say I am so sorry for the loss of such a honorable soldier and one of gods children. Thank you for serving our country. God bless his family, friends and community. God bless America.
