A LIFE REMEMBERED
Army Master Sgt. Scott R. Ball died Aug. 27 at Forward Operating Base Naray, Afghanistan, of wounds sustained when insurgents attacked his unit during combat operations in Jalalabad, Afghanistan. Also killed were Maj. Henry S. Ofeciar and Sgt. Jan M. Argonish.

Dear Scott,
Thankyou for being with Jan, for sacrificing and fighting as you did. Your State Police Brothers were a sea of guardian angels when Jan was brought home. It was a site to see, and be a part of.
I know you left behind a family and I'm truly sorry. My Daughter was going to marry Jan when he returned. Please watch over us, protect us, and guide us. We could all use the help. Till we meet again.
