I am sending this tribute for my son Spc Michael J Fleury He was with you on the patrol Mar 27th near FOB Wilson. He is recovering from his injuries at Fort Bliss, and will return to Fort Carson May 9th He told me what a good friend and soldier you were. He said he will miss that friendship he had with you. Life goes on, but he will always remember you. And so will the Fleury Family. Thank you Sgt Durkin for your unselfish service to our nation. On May 23rd, a Catholic Mass will be said here for this true American hero from the Fleury family.
