Army Maj. Sid W. Brookshire died June 20 in Baghdad of wounds sustained when an improvised explosive device detonated near his vehicle. Also killed were Staff Sgt. Darren P. Hubbell, Spc. Joe G. Charfauros Jr. and Pfc. David J. Bentz III.
