Army Spc. Simone A. Robinson died March 1 at Brooke Army Medical Center, San Antonio, Texas, of wounds sustained when an improvised explosive device detonated near her security post on Jan. 17 in Kabul, Afghanistan.

My heart goes out tremendously to the family of SPC. Robinson's family. I am a female war veteran and I know what is like to go into the Army for a better life however I couldn't imagine the pain you all. Right now you all are in my prayers, and just know that God needed beautiful angels like SPC Robinson. take care and God be with you.
