I worked with Steve Jacoby at Metrocall for three years. He had a definite presence about him. He was a very serious, stoic, yet kind person. I was a receptionist and customer service representative and he always had a thoughtful, respectful smile on his face. He contributed so much to Metrocall and I am sure his loss is so immense, there are no words to accurately convey it. I believe and hope he is now at peace.
