Army Pfc. Theodore B. Rushing died Nov. 11, in Kandahar Province, Afghanistan, of wounds caused by an improvised explosive device. He was assigned to 3rd Squadron, 71st Cavalry Regiment 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division (Light), Fort Drum, N.Y.
