Army Staff Sgt. Travis K. Hunsberger died on June 27 of wounds sustained from an improvised explosive device while on combat patrol near Tarin Kowt, Afghanistan.

Travis, it has been a year today since youve been gone. I don't spend a single day without thinking of you. I still have the pine cone baseball we made and used for our homerun derbies in Max Gain. Well brother, part of me thinks "well at least he died doing something that he loved and believed in." But the other part just wishes you were here to drink a couple a beers with and shoot the shit.
