Army Capt. Ulises Burgos-Cruz died April 6 in Balad, Iraq, when his vehicle encountered an improvised explosive device.

We bought our house from him and his lovely wife in Lawton oklahoma. He had a great sense of humor, and was very talented. I hope his wife is doing well, and the same for their baby.
