Loc, you are loved and missed brother. I look at your picture everyday, and tears cloud my eyes. I still can't believe that you are gone. I can still hear you laughing and singing. I cannot hold back the tears on this day. I am honored to have known you and served with you. You will always be my brother. You will be forever missed, and never forgotten.

Hey, Locklear!!
It's me Sgt Gomez, Your best Friend and roommate from your first tour. I know I haven't written you but it's been hard to. I still think about and the good times that we had. I haven't forgotten about. I can't get over the pain of loosing you. I know you are still with me. I miss you. I will be going active duty soon, I wouldn't mind serving under the same division as you did. I wear that patch proudly to know you were a part of them.I know you are always with me and some day we will reunite and you will receive me.'till then, take care and look over me and your love ones.
