Army Pfc. Victor M. Fontanilla died May 17 in Iskandariya, Iraq, of wounds sustained when an improvised explosive device detonated near his vehicle. Also killed were Sgt. 1st Class Jesse B. Albrecht and Spc. Coty J. Phelps.
